Monthly Service Contracts for Chains
In a chain with dozens of branches, a system that stops working in one branch is a problem for the whole chain. A structured monthly service replaces ad-hoc "fire-fighting" with ongoing maintenance and a single point of contact for every branch. We provide monthly service to chains such as Wolt Market (all branches in Israel), Rami Levy Stock and BIG Fashion.
How it works – in short
What monthly system service means
With monthly service the chain does not wait for a fault. Cameras, recordings, alarms and access control are checked on an ongoing basis, and small problems are fixed before they become incidents – a camera that has shifted, a recording disk that is filling up, or a detector starting to give false alarms.
The big advantage for chains is uniformity: the same standards, the same equipment and the same working method in every branch, with clear documentation of what is installed at each site. That makes it easier to open new branches, relocate equipment and plan upgrades.
The chain's maintenance and security managers have one contact person who knows every system in every branch, instead of coordinating with several different suppliers.

Why chains choose monthly service
A fixed, predictable cost instead of surprise expenses, systems that work when you need them, and documentation that helps the chain make upgrade and replacement decisions.
In addition, some systems require periodic inspections under licensing conditions or standards (for example annual functional testing of alarm systems under certain licence conditions, and maintenance of fire detection systems) – and a structured service helps meet them.
This is general information and does not replace the full requirements of the standard, business licence conditions or the instructions of the approving authorities.
